In summary these require that all goods sold to you must match or exceed descriptions and specifications given by us. If they do not, you are entitled to a refund of your purchase price or a replacement of the item in question. Please note this does not mean you can ask for a refund if you have simply changed your mind.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION

For New Zealand customers, prices include GST. For other countries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally when ordering from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We do not allow anyone nor any organisation to sell our clothing in a store or to be on sold as a new item.  If we suspect a customer purchasing from our website to then on sell, we have the right to decline the order and do a full refund.
