Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Free shipping with purchases over $250 within New Zealand.  New Zealand shipping can take from three to five working days and allow one to two additional days for rural delivery.

No P.O.Box deliveries, physical address only.

International shipping is a Door to Door service, it can take from three to seven working days and can vary depending on delivery address.  Outta areas may take a few extra days.   If you have given the wrong address and we have already shipped the order out and it has been attempted delivery and it needs to be re-directed, this will incur a fee for new delivery address.  This fee will be invoiced and is to be paid prior to re-direction delivery.

Please double check delivery address and email address before placing order to ensure you receive your order and all order details via email.

You will be able to track all your parcel progress online.  Once order has been collected by our courier driver you will receive and email with tracking details.

Returns:

You can return your Soil & Sand garment at your own cost for exchange or refund within 14 days of online purchase.  The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with the original swing tag and packaging, and accompanied by the original Soil & Sand packing slip.  Damaged, altered, dirty or worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded.  Soil & Sand Clothing takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned.

No refunds or exchanges on all sale items, please check size chart before making the purchase.  Sale items can only be returned if faulty.

All refunds are made via payment option when purchased.

Damaged Goods:

Damaged goods will be replaced with the same garment and size if it is in stock.  If we are out of stock then an exchange of refund can be applied.
