Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

New Zealand Shipping

  • Flat rate: $10.50 NZD per order.

  • Rural deliveries: An additional rural surcharge applies. This is automatically added at checkout when a rural address is entered.

  • Free shipping: Orders over $250 NZD (within New Zealand only).

  • Delivery timeframes: Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery, and an extra 1-2 working days for rural addresses.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, a physical address is required.

  • If an incorrect delivery address is supplied and your parcel needs to be re-directed, an additional re-delivery fee will apply. 
International Shipping

  • All international orders are sent via Door-to-Door courier service.

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Remote/out of area addresses may take a few extra days.

  • If an incorrect delivery address is supplied and your parcel needs to be re-directed, an additional re-delivery fee will apply. This fee will be invoiced and must be paid before re-delivery.

Important Notes

  • Please double check your delivery address and email address before placing your order to ensure you receive your parcel and order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been collected by our courier, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress online.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to love your Soil & Sand garment. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions of Return

  • Returns are made at your own cost.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with swing tags attached.

  • A copy of your original Soil & Sand packing slip must be included.

  • Soil & Sand is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Sale items are final, no refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty, so please check our size chart before purchasing.

  • Faulty or damaged garments will be replaced with the same style and size (if in stock). If the item is unavailable, you may choose an exchange or a refund.
